Endermologie Alliance is an innovative, non-invasive method of body contouring and improving skin condition, using a combination of mechanical massage and vacuum stimulation. You usually need a series of 10 treatments, and one takes about 40 minutes. We do the treatments regularly, most often a few times a week or weekly, depending on the plan agreed at the consultation.
The first results show after 3-5 treatments and the full effect after the whole series. It lasts up to several months if you maintain it with treatments and a healthy lifestyle.
There is no recovery period. Slight redness or a feeling of warmth is possible in the massaged areas, and some mild muscle tenderness after the first treatments. You go straight back to your daily routine.
We do not do LPG massage during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on skin with an active infection or inflammation, with cancer or with serious general illness.
